How do I add players to my team in the Coaches Portal?Updated 2 months ago

To add players to your team:

1. Log in to the online Coaches Portal using a web browser at lab.armcare.com.

2. Navigate to the Admin section.

3. Click Add Player and enter their name and email.

4. Assign them to a team or group if desired.

5. Choose to invite the player without a sponsorship (free) or sponsor them. 

6. Send an invitation.

If the player currently HAS an ArmCare Account, it will give them a notification that they’ve been invited to join your team.  Once they accept, their test data will automatically sync to your dashboard.

If the player DOES NOT currently have an ArmCare Account, it will send them an email instructing them to download the app and create an account.
