The 4MPH Guarantee ensures that pitchers who follow the ArmCare Program as prescribed will see at least a 4 mph increase in throwing velocity over a 10-week period. If a qualified player does not achieve this improvement, our ArmCare.com will refund the amount they paid for subscriptions and equipment.

To qualify for the 4MPH Guarantee, you must:

• Complete a fresh exam & post-throwing exam at least once a week.

• Complete ArmCare Training 5+ times per week as prescribed by the app.

• Abide by all app alerts (watches, warnings, or medical referrals) by reducing throwing or making adjustments during the 10-week period.

You are NOT eligible for this guarantee if:

• You are a professional athlete (amateurs only).

• Your maximum pitching velocity is already above 90 mph (you may still gain velocity, but we can’t guarantee +4 mph).

• You have undergone surgery to the hand, arm, elbow, or shoulder of the throwing arm before starting the program.

Refund Terms & Conditions:

• Refunds apply only to the amount paid directly to ArmCare.com for subscriptions and equipment.

• ArmCare.com is not liable for any additional costs, expenditures, or losses a player may incur.

• Equipment refunds require the return of the product in good condition.

• Players must notify ArmCare.com within 2 weeks of the 10-week deadline to be eligible for a refund due to insufficient velocity gains.
