Here’s how to integrate it effectively:

  • Before Lifting (Warm-Up & Activation) – Use the ArmCare Prep to warm-up and improve mobility before lifting.

  • After Lifting (Custom Strength Work) – Perform your full ArmCare Custom Strength post-lifting as an accessory program to your heavy compound movements.

If your weight training includes high-volume or intense upper body day, then complete a Post Exam prior to doing the Custom Strength to assess your workout to avoid excessive fatigue.
