Absolutely. Daily use of the ArmCare App delivers the best results for arm health and performance.

One fresh test per week is the minimum to keep your data accurate. But ideally, players should test before every throwing session—especially before any high-intensity throwing—and follow up with a post-exam after to track how the arm responds. 

The more consistent the check-ins, the smarter the insights.

Before any throwing session, players should complete the ArmCare warm-up routine inside the app. It’s designed to activate key stabilizers, improve movement quality, and elevate readiness for high-performance throwing. 

Then, the custom strength plan is typically performed 2–3 times per week, the app will automatically schedule those workouts based on your season and throwing volume. On other days, the app provides recovery tailored to how your arm is feeling.
