Use the guidelines for the minimum frequency needed to achieve the best results with the ArmCare App:
Testing:
Perform a Fresh Exam at least once per week to track progress and spot early signs of fatigue or injury risk. We recommend completing the Full Fresh Exam (tests throwing and non-throwing arms) at least once per month.
Complete a Post-Exam following any outing, bullpen, or high-intensity throwing day.
The Arm Primer Exam should be completed as part of the warm-up.
Training:
The Prep should be used every day as a warm-up before throwing. Or, this section can be skipped if the player will warm up with the team.
Use the personalized exercises in the Custom Training provided by the app 2-3 times per week to improve arm strength and endurance.
