How often should I retest my arm strength?Updated 2 months ago
At a minimum, you should complete one fresh strength test per week to keep your data accurate and your training dialed in.
For high-level throwers, we recommend testing before bullpens or outings to ensure your arm is ready, and using post-throwing tests after high-intensity sessions to monitor fatigue and recovery.
More frequent testing (even daily) gives you better insight into how your arm is responding to training, throwing, and recovery. The more data you collect, the smarter your decisions become.
