How should I adjust my training if I feel strong but my ArmCare test says I’m fatigued?Updated 2 months ago

Strength doesn’t always correlate with body feel and can be used as a leading indicator that your arm is either under recovered or dealing with a minor injury.

First, extend your warm-up and complete another Fresh Exam.  

If the results still indicate fatigue, reduce or eliminate high-intensity throwing and strength training for 24-48 hours.

After a period of rest, take another fresh exam to confirm readiness—if recovery scores haven’t improved, further adjustments are needed.
