You don’t need to do ArmCare every day, but some elements can be performed daily as part of a warm-up or recovery routine. The ArmCare App personalizes your training based on your strength, fatigue levels, and workload, ensuring the right balance of training and rest.

Here’s how to structure your ArmCare work:

  • Pre-Throwing or Warm-Up: The Arm Primer can be done daily to activate muscles, improve movement quality, and prep the arm for activity.

  • Custom Strength: 2-3 times per week, depending on your throwing volume and game/practice schedule.

More is not always better—strength work requires recovery, but the Prep Work (Activation) can be done daily to keep the arm healthy and ready for action. Follow the app’s recommendations to train smart and avoid overuse.
