What's the first test I should complete?Updated 2 months ago

The first test you should perform is the Fresh Exam.  This baseline test provides an initial snapshot of your arm strength and identifies any imbalances.  It’s best to perform the Full Exam for the first exam, which will test both the throwing and non-throwing arms.  For follow-up assessments, the quick exam only tests the throwing arm.

To perform the test:

  1. Navigate to the "Exams" section in the app.

  2. Select "Fresh Exam" and follow the guided instructions.

  3. Ensure proper form and effort to get the most accurate data.

  4. Review your results.
