When should I complete my ArmCare Exams?Updated 2 months ago
A consistent testing schedule helps you stay ahead of fatigue, optimize performance, and protect your arm.
Fresh Exam – Do this at least once per week on a day when you're fully recovered. For high-level pitchers, it's recommended to also test before bullpens or outings. You can test more frequently—even daily—to monitor readiness.
Post Exam – Complete this after high-intent throwing to assess fatigue and recovery needs.
Arm Primer – Use before throwing sessions to activate key muscles and prep the arm for performance.
The more dialed-in your testing routine, the better your results.
